SMC fittings incorporate a positive tube seal while the fitting is under pressure which allows polyurethane tubing to be used. Tubing is available in sizes of 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". Metric tubing sizes of 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16mm are available.

Diaphragm Valve for Ultra High Purity Series AP
For UHP gas delivery in semiconductor and other clean industries.
Shut off valve which uses a diaphragm for a moving element to open and close the valve. Springless diaphragm valves do not have a wetted spring.
Check Valve/Vacuum Generator Flow Switch Series AP
Check Valve To prevent reverse flow.
Unique design with only one moving part in the gas stream, an O-ring. It is a springless design, free of springs and poppets.
Monoblock vacuum venturi, diaphragm valve and check valve. Unique, compact, patented design.
It detects excess flow above a given flow rate, caused by pipe breakage etc.
IDK Moisture Control Tube
IDK moisture control tubing from SMC is an economical solution that can be quickly added where needed to remove moisture to protect expensive grippers and other actuators while adding little additional weight (<16g).
- Available in tubing sizes of 2mm, 4mm, and 6mm sizes
- Grippers and small, short stroke actuators are especially suited for IDK product applications
- If small actuators are continuously operated at high frequency, condensation may be generated even with dehumidified air, due to the characteristics of the system
- Lengths of 100mm and 200mm available, with KQ2 and KJ fittings integrated for easy installation

Improved performance and throughput
The SY Series have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced.

Improving on the previous design, the new CQ2 pneumatic actuator is available in 15 bore sizes from 12mm to 200mm. The new CQ2 is a weight reduction of 5% to 13% over the old design without sacrificing body strength.
