EX-L200 laser sensors are made to detect minute objects with utmost accuracy. Despite its miniature size, the thru-beam type (EX-L211x) can detect minute objects with a diameter of just 0.3mm, and the spot reflective type EX-L221x can even detect gold wire whose diameter is a mere 0.01mm.

High precision detection is fulfilled in the EX-L200 Series, one of the world’s smallest size with directivity and visibility achievable only by laser. The laser adopted is Class 1 (JIS / IEC / FDA) laser that is safe to use, so that there is no need to separate the areas of sensor usage.

The NEW HG-C Series Laser Distance Sensor with a compact size of just W20 x H44 x D25 mm this sensor provides high-end performance in a small, lightweight package. Three measurement ranges (100mm±35, 50mm±15, and 30mm±5) are available with a measurement resolution ranging from 10 μm to 70 μm depending on the model selected. The built-in display assist in setup and operation, and I/O options include a 0-5V analog output alongside either one NPN or PNP transistor output as well as an external input.
